Tall people are generally thought to have big feet. With the NBA being an employer of mainly very tall people, it should not come as a surprise to find out that some of the most famous people we know with the biggest feet we have ever heard of have played in the NBA. People like Shaquille O’Neal, Bob Lanier, and Yao Ming come to mind in this regard. However, there are still a few others present in the game today who wear gigantic shoes.
8. Andre Iguodala
- Shoe Size: 17
- Height: 6 feet 6 inches (1.98 m)
- Weight: 215 lbs (98 kg)
- Playing Position: Small Forward/ Shooting Guard
- Team: Golden State Warriors
- Nationality: American
Andre Iguodala is a three-time NBA Champion currently playing for the Golden State Warriors. The 9th overall pick in the 2004 NBA draft previously played for the Philadelphia 76ers, Denver Nuggets, and the Miami Heat. With his height of 6 feet 6 inches, it’s not much of a surprise seeing him on this list of players with the biggest feet in the NBA. He is, however, different from most of the others here because he can play at the shooting guard spot while most others are centers. The 2015 NBA Finals MVP who was an NBA All-Star in 2012 and has been named to the NBA All-Defensive Team twice wears a size 17 shoe (some say size 17.5).
7. DeAndre Jordan
- Shoe Size: 18
- Height: 6 feet 11 inches (2.11 m)
- Weight: 265 lbs (120 kg)
- Playing Position: Center
- Team: Los Angeles Lakers
- Nationality: American
DeAndre Jordan was not a top draft pick when he joined the NBA in 2008 as he was selected 35th overall. He would, however, go on to have an above-average career, playing for the Los Angeles Clippers, Dallas Mavericks, New York Knicks, Brooklyn Nets, and now the Los Angeles Lakers. Now a reserve, Jordan at his peak received three All-NBA and two NBA All-Defensive Team selections. He also twice led the league in rebounding and holds the NBA record for best career field goal percentage at 67.39 percent.
Standing at 6 foot 11, Jordan has one of the biggest feet in the NBA. He wears size 18 shoes.
6. Dwight Howard
- Shoe Size: 18
- Height: 6 feet 10 inches (2.08 m)
- Weight: 265 lb (120 kg)
- Playing Position: Center/Power Forward
- Team: Los Angeles Lakers
- Nationality: American
Dwight Howard was nicknamed Superman because of his athletic persona. The first overall pick at the 2004 NBA draft is an NBA champion, eight-time All-Star, eight-time All-NBA Team honoree, five-time All-Defensive Team member, and three-time Defensive Player of the Year. The former Orlando Magic player, who has had a journeyman career in the later stages of his career, stands at 6 foot 11 and wears size 18 shoes.
5. Kevin Durant
- Shoe Size: 18
- Height: 6 feet 10 inches (2.08 m)
- Weight: 240 lbs (109 kg)
- Playing Position: Small Forward
- Team: Brooklyn Nets
- Nationality: American
Unarguably the most talented and decorated player on this list, Kevin Durant is a superstar in every sense of the word. He has won two NBA championships, an NBA Most Valuable Player Award, two Finals MVP Awards, and four NBA scoring titles. He also has nine All-NBA team selections to his name and has made eleven NBA All-Star appearances. In 2021, Durant was named as one of the greatest players of all-time through his inclusion to the NBA 75th Anniversary Team.
Standing tall at six feet ten inches, the 2nd overall pick in 2007 wears a size 18 shoe. Durant’s big feet famously hindered him from getting to the conference finals in 2021. His toe was on the line behind the arc when he took a shot that would have ended the series but instead sent the game to overtime as it was counted as a two-pointer. His team went on to lose, causing him to famously remark: “My big-ass foot stepped on the line.”
4. Andre Drummond
- Shoe Size: 19
- Height: 6 feet 10 inches (2.08 m)
- Weight: 279 lb (127 kg)
- Playing Position: Center
- Team: Philadelphia 76ers
- Nationality: American
Once regarded to be a franchise player, Andre Drummond has fallen down the pecking order in his career. The 9th overall pick in the 2012 NBA Draft currently plays a reserve role in Philadelphia after short stints with the Los Angeles Lakers and Cleveland Cavaliers. His time with the Detroit Pistons was the most decorative of his career as it was then that he earned his two NBA All-Star appearances and All-NBA Third Team nod. He also led the league in rebounding four times during that time. He wears a whopping size 19 shoe.
3. Brook Lopez
- Shoe Size: 20
- Height: 7 feet (2.13 m)
- Weight: 282 lb (128 kg)
- Playing Position: Center

- Nationality: American
Brook Lopez became an NBA champion in 2021 with the Milwaukee Bucks, thirteen years after he was drafted into the NBA. He became a pro in 2008 when the New Jersey Nets selected him with the 10th overall pick. He would go on to play for the Nets (in New Jersey and Brooklyn) for nine seasons, a time during which he became the franchise’s all-time leading scorer. He was selected to play in his first and only NBA All-Star Game in 2013 and he earned NBA All-Defensive Team honors in 2020. Brook stands at seven feet and wears size 20 shoes.
2. Robin Lopez
- Shoe Size: 20
- Height: 7 feet (2.13 m)
- Weight: 281 lb (127 kg)
- Playing Position: Center
- Team: Orlando Magic
- Nationality: American
Like his older twin brother, Robin Lopez stands at seven feet and has gigantic feet. He wears a size 20 shoe. Robin joined the league in the same year as his twin. He was selected 15th overall in 2008 by the Phoenix Suns, a team he would play with for about four years before having a journeyman career that would see him appear for the New Orleans Hornets, Portland Trail Blazers, New York Knicks, Chicago Bulls, Milwaukee Bucks, Washington Wizards, and now the Orlando Magic.
1. Tacko Fall
- Shoe Size: 22
- Height: 7 feet 6 inches (2.29 m)
- Weight: 311 lb (141 kg)
- Playing Position: Center
- Team: Cleveland Cavaliers
- Nationality: Senegalese
Tacko Fall has not yet had a career of note in the NBA, however, he will be in the league’s history books as one of the tallest ever. Coming in at 7 feet 6 inches, he is currently the tallest player in the NBA and one of the tallest living humans. Fall is truly a giant when it comes to his measurements. It is no wonder that he has the biggest feet in the NBA as he wears a shoe size of 22.
The Senegalese entered the league as an undrafted free agent in 2019 but is yet to have an impact. Currently shuttling between the G-league and the NBA, he would be hoping to have half the career of some of the other tallest people to play in the NBA.
