Novak surprised Jelena during one of his tours in Monte Carlo. He flew with her in a helicopter to the ‘Couvent des Minimes’ hotel in Provence, France, and popped the question sometime in September 2013. When Novak was asked about the t-shirt, he answered the question and thanked his wife.
