Yumiko Fukushima was born in Japan in Matsue, Shimane Prefecture on December 10, 1965. Other than her birth date, there are very little details about her personal and early life available. From what we gathered, however, she has one sibling who is older than her. Yumiko has a sister who is about three years older than her and goes by the name Atsuko Fukushima.
