Miles Assaulted Mychelle in 2022 and was Arrested for Domestic Violence
Miles Bridges and his wife Mychelle Johnson lived a private marital life until June 2022 when the basketball player was arrested in Los Angeles for felony domestic violence. He was said to have turned himself in after the physical altercation with his wife that left her banged up. According to a hospital discharge form Mychelle shared on Instagram, she was assaulted by strangulation and suffered “brain concussion, closed fracture of the nasal bone, contusion of rib, multiple bruises, and strain of neck muscle”.
Mychelle further noted that she would not be silent to protect her husband because she values herself and her kids more than his image. She added: “… a fractured nose, wrist, torn eardrum, torn muscles in my neck from being choked until I went to sleep and a severe concussion. I don’t need sympathy, I just don’t want this happening to anyone else. I just want this person to get help, my kids deserve better. That’s all I want.”
Following his arrest, Bridges spent a few hours in custody before he was released on a $130,000 bond. He is yet to release a statement on the matter.
