He played for the Indiana Pacers in the National Basketball Association (NBA). Listed at 6 feet 7 inches, the Ohio-born American attended Villa Angela-St. Joseph High School and later Ohio State University. He grew up with his parents, Clark Kellogg Sr. (Father) and Mattie Kellogg (mother), alongside his brother, Eric Kellogg.
Clark started his basketball career in high school and was selected in the 1982 NBA draft by the Indiana Pacers. He won many awards and was recognized as an All-American, Big Ten Most Valuable Player, and top draft choice of the Indiana Pacers. He also won Mr. Basketball USA in 1979.
